Shipping outside of the European Union
We want to inform you about the customs costs that may apply to your orders if you reside outside of the European Union (EU). These costs are imposed by your country's customs authorities and are separate from the purchase price and shipping fees you pay to us.
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are levied by your country's government to regulate the import of goods. These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are not under our control. As an international customer, it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with your country's customs policies.
Upon delivery of your goods, the courier or local customs office may ask you to pay these customs costs before they can release the package to you. The charges typically depend on factors such as the type of product, its declared value, and the customs regulations of your country.
Please note that these costs are not included in the total price you paid for your order on our website. We recommend contacting your local customs office or visiting their website to get more information on the specific charges and procedures applicable in your country.
We understand that customs costs can be an unexpected expense, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, these charges are determined by your government, and we have no control over them.
If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We're here to help!
